I am a stripper.
Which means that this is the 13th hour in a row that my left eyelid has been twitching. It’s giving me such a headache. It’s twitching so bad my vision is impaired. Ughhhhhhhh
I ended up getting all A’s and B’s this semester. Between working 35-45 hours a week and taking 8 classes, I somehow managed to stay sane. I’m very grateful that I’ve found a way to balance work, school, and my social life. I’m thinking that this summer semester will be my last semester at Yuba College. Time flies!
Also, it’s day 8 of dieting, and, according to my measurements yesterday, I’ve lost 5.3 inches total. Not concerning myself with how much weight I’ve actually lost, and I don’t have a set goal in mind. I just want to be more healthy. And I’m happy to admit that I’ve learned to do it in a healthy way.

i know you don’t need your bro looking in on you but i hope that is a regulatory diet and less of a lose weight diet.
No, it’s just a get fit diet! I’m working out, so I need to eat healthier. I’m not trying to lose any weight.
Breakfast:
- light yogurt
- water
Lunch:
- turkey sandwich on whole grain bread
- fruit & veg. smoothie (2 whole carrots, 1 cup spinach leaves, 1 banana, 1 kiwi, 4 strawberries, handful of blackberries, half cup of o.j.)
- 10 almonds
Dinner:
- small veggie salad w/ lettuce, tomatoes, and black beans
- water
Time to eat some more fruit and maybe some more almonds before bed. Idk quite how many calories I consumed today, but overall I think I did pretty okay.
